Ennuicastr is a service of Wereweasel. Please bear in mind when asking for information or help that Wereweasel is a sole proprietorship with no employees—that is, a one-man company. I cannot guarantee any timeliness in my response, but I can guarantee that any response will be well-informed.
There are several ways to get in touch:
- Support is available by email at support-rvr@wereweasel.com.
- If you have Discord, the quickest way to get in contact is to join the Discord server.
- If you're more comfortable with Matrix or IRC, join the Matrix space or IRC channel.
- You can also contact @ennuicastr on Twitter or @ennuicastr@fosstodon.org on Mastodon, but these modes of contact are likely to be slower than the above.
